I'm going again through step 1 exercises and I have some experiences that I want to share here with you about the very first exercise OOM - observing of the mind.
I noticed that in the psyche of a man there is a three minds. The first mind is a mind which I've called "self-flowing mind". Mind in which thoughts are not controlled, they come and go without our willed controling.
The second mind is the "controlling mind." Mind who controlled the thoughts with our will.
The third mind is "Observing mind." Mind that do nothing. This mind doesn't think (the thinker is the second - the controlling mind), mind that only look what is there. The third mind is our self. Our-self doesn't need words, therefore neither thinking, only observing. Looking not Thinking!
So, here are the functions of the three minds:
1. Flowing (thoughts come and go)
2. Thinking (this mind look in to the first mind, but also he's thinking and controlling, this mind needs logic. He choose what to do, and what to think and not think. This mind is drive by the will).
3. Looking (This mind only look what is there, he dosn't think about it. He sees and let go)
Howerever, I think that Bardon says to observe the first - self-flowing mind, with the third - observing mind(our-self).

I like this. In Taoist Alchemy each of the three body parts is a cauldron;
Head ~ magick mind , blue Third Eye of Horus
Chest ~ magick heart,
Belly ~ magick womb, Red Eye of SethMantak Chia teaches that each cauldron will develop a magickal brain and magickal heart and magickal womb. So there will be a brain in each cauldron or stone.
