In step 1 physical training, in the chapter of the magic of water, Bardon recomends to put your head and looked in a water that has been cooked last night.
Do you practice that exercise and what are you experiences?

The people of that forum said that this exercises is optional. Did you have practiced it?

I used to practice it, I did it for about two months. In the beginning, it was awkward to open the eyes in the water, sort of had to hold myself there. Then, after some time, it was normal, and I did get a more resilient eye and more brilliant too.

I also have good benefits on my eyes practicing this exercises.

Sorry, maybe cook is not appropriate word. What I mean here is did you boil the water?

Yes, of course. :)
I used to boil some water, then put it in a bowl and seal it with something random I could find. Just so stuff wouldn't fall on it before the next morning.Posted 1 year ago #
